I can't login ? 

When you first log in to our new site, you must reset your password to log in and retrieve your information by clicking on "forgotten password". An email will be sent to you to reset your password.

If you have misplaced your password, simply click on "Forgot your password". An email to reset your password will be sent to you. 

I have lost my username ?

Your login is your email address. If your email is not recognised, you can create an account by clicking on "no account, create one".

My orders

I can't see my order history

You cannot see your order history from the previous website. If you need your invoice history, you can contact us on the email specifying if possible the order number and the date you placed your order. 

For all new orders placed, you have access to your order history and invoices in your customer area by logging into your customer account. 

Your ordered items appear in the "My orders" section.

I have a promotional code, how can I use it? 

To benefit from a promotional code, you simply need to enter it in your basket. This indication appears on the right of your screen in the summary of your basket.

If the code is not taken into account, make sure that you respect the conditions of the offer. In particular, some promo codes only apply to certain product categories or for a minimum purchase amount. 

I have a Marie Puce e-gift card, how can I use it?

You have received a Marie Puce e-gift card with a code. 

You have one year to use it from the date it was made available. You can use the code on your gift card by entering it in the shopping basket stage of your order, on the right of your screen. You can use it in several instalments and complete your payment if the amount on your card is less than the amount of your order with the payment method of your choice. E-gift cards cannot be used in shops and are only valid for purchases on the website. 

I want to send my order to another address

When you place your order in the "addresses" step, you have the choice of having a delivery address different from the billing address and you can create new addresses. 

You can also create new addresses by logging into your account, under the heading "addresses". 

I would like to have a gift wrap

During the validation of your basket, a choice of gift wrapping is proposed to you. Once you have selected your gift wrap, you can write a message that will be sent with your package to the recipient. 

I wish to modify/cancel the order I have just validated

Unfortunately you cannot cancel or modify your order. You will just have to return it as soon as you receive it or contact customer service on the email.  

My deliveries 

I have entered the wrong delivery address

It is not possible to change your delivery address once the order has been validated. If you notice your mistake immediately, you can contact customer service directly to have your request taken into account. 

I have not received my package 

You can follow the different stages of delivery of your parcel in your customer area under the heading "My orders". In case of problems, you can contact our customer service. 

I have a parcel in a parcel delivery centre but I can't go and collect it

Your parcel is kept for 7 days in the Mondial Relay point you chose when you placed your order. After 7 days, the parcel is returned to us. 

The return of your package to the address of your choice will be at your expense.  

My returns

I want to return an item

You have 30 days to change your mind and returns and exchanges are free in shop. For customers who have an account with us, we accept returns even without a receipt for all clothing.

Refunds are possible on items in new, unstained and unworn condition. Refunds are made within 15 days of receiving your item. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

The gift card 

What is a Marie Puce e-gift card?

A Marie Puce e-gift card is a voucher that allows the recipient to pay for purchases, in one or more instalments, until the balance is used up or the expiry date.

It is valid for one year from the date of purchase, including during promotional operations. You choose the amount to be loaded on the gift card from €30 to €300. The recipient of the gift card will receive an email with a unique code that will allow them to pay for their purchases on the Marie Puce website. 

My loyalty programme

 How does the loyalty programme work?

We have set up a loyalty programme that allows you to earn loyalty points. It's simple: 1 euro = 1 point for every order of clothing. If you reach 300 points, you will receive a 5€ voucher directly to your email. 

I subscribed to the newsletter, how do I use my coupon code? 

You can use your coupon code when validating your basket. This code is only valid once during your first connection.
