How to place an order
For any purchasing advice, do not hesitate to call us on 01 45 48 30 09.
To place an order, choose a product category at the top of the screen and a sub-category, then choose an item. For each item, we propose you the list of available sizes and different colours.
Click on the desired colour and size and on the "add to basket" button. Repeat this process as many times as you like.
When you have finished your order, click on "order" in the section at the top right of the screen.
Then let yourself be guided.
You will need to create an account or log in if your account already exists.You will be able to pay by credit card thanks to the secure payment or by Paypal if you have a Paypal account.

Shipping options
Several shipping options are available depending on the address given by the customer. In all cases, the delivery costs are clearly indicated to the customer during the order process and before the order is validated.
In the case of direct import of products from metropolitan France, for countries outside the European Union and the French overseas departments and territories, import taxes may be requested from the customer by the local customs service, depending on the value of the package.
For more information, the customer should contact the customs service of his country.Delivery times are indicative average times.

The customer receives a confirmation email when the order is shipped and can track the shipment at any time via the parcel numbers and tracking information provided in the shipment confirmation email. If the customer has created an online account, the delivery tracking is available at any time by connecting directly to the account under the heading "my orders".
The carrier is solely responsible for any delay in delivery and, in such a case, this will not give rise to any compensation for the Customer.
