This site is owned and operated entirely by Camillanne SARL. Marie Puce is a registered trademark owned by Camillanne SARL. We reserve the right to partially or fully modify our site content at any time. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of the owners.
CONSENT TO CONDITIONS OF SALE
By confirming your purchase, you indicate your consent to these Conditions of Sale and agree to be bound by the Conditions set forth herewith regarding prices and product descriptions, as well as all other terms and conditions of sale. Use of the website indicates the customer's understanding and acceptance of the Terms.
Products must be purchased for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
After placing an order and thereby accepting these Terms, an itemized order acknowledgement will be sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
All merchandise is sold on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability.
In the event that an item is not available, Marie Puce will inform the customer by email or telephone as soon as possible. The customer will then have the option to either choose an alternative item from our website, or cancel the order.
Our product offers are valid within the limits of product availability in France, the French overseas departments and territories, Corsica and abroad.
We have made every effort to display and describe as carefully and accurately as possible the products that appear on the website. Every care has been taken in the preparation of website content, in particular to ensure that all products have been fairly described.
As the photos you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. However, if despite our best efforts the product does not meet customer expectations, Maire Puce shall not be liable to any person for any of the information contained on this website.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Marie Puce accepts returns at the customer’s discretion for a small return charge, up to 7 days from the date of delivery. If the 7 days reach their term on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, the deadline is automatically extended to the following working day.
SHIPPING
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer upon placing an order, in France and abroad (see list of shipping charges by destination).
National and international shipping charges are automatically itemized on each purchase order. (Please contact us in case your chosen destination is not included on our list, so that we can ensure optimal delivery conditions and pricing).
Delivery deadlines: unless a particular date is specified on the order form when the order is placed, items will be delivered in approximately one week (for France) or two weeks (all other destinations).
Customers are responsible for checking the condition of packaging and merchandise upon delivery, and for reporting any damages arising from shipping and handling on the delivery form AND to the company Camillanne, within one week.
Your order will be shipped to the address of your choice:
- In France, via the Colissimo service at La Poste.
Your order will be prepared in approximately 24 to 72 hours. As soon as it’s mailed, an email confirmation is sent with the necessary tracking information (delivery status can be tracked via the La Poste website). La Poste guarantees Colissimo shipping within 48 hours. If you are absent when the package is delivered, your order can be retrieved at your local post office.
The maximum total delivery deadline is about one week. - Abroad, via the "registered mail" service at La Poste. Delivery deadlines depend on the country.

- 150€ orders outside of France
P&P costs vary from one country to another. They do not depend on the weight of the article.

Shipping charges for jewelry
For jewelry, a special shipping rate applies.
Jewelry items are mailed by post in a standard envelope.
The shipping rate varies from €2 to €3.50 depending on the delivery destination.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
If for any reason your order, or part of your order does not live up to your expectations, you can choose between an exchange and a refund. You have a full 30 days upon receipt of the article to request this (with the exception of special offers and sales goods).
The goods should be returned unworn and in the original packaging (after having completed the appropriate column on the delivery slip) and sent to:

Return postal costs are borne by the customer. Reimbursement is through the credit card that paid for the article at the time of order.
In case of exchange the postal costs are waived for the exchange order.
Sale items:
In exceptional cases and with our consent, sale items may be exchanged. An additional shipping charge of €5 will be applied to exchanges of sale items. Simply enclose a check in the amount of €5 made out to Marie Puce when returning the item you wish to exchange.
CONFIDENTIALITY
In compliance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, customer information is used solely for processing and delivering orders. Customers may consult and modify their personal data at any time. This data will not be disclosed to any other organization.
PRICES
All prices are listed on the website in Euros; prices are tax-inclusive and apply current French value-added tax (VAT). Any change in tax rates will be automatically applied to sales of online items. Deliveries are shipped from France. There is no minimum order.
In cases where products made in France are directly imported to countries outside the European Union and French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), local customs may charge an additional import tax based on the order value. For further information, please contact your local post office customs department.
Prices listed on individual product information sheets do not include shipping and handling charges. These charges are based on your order and itemized on the order form for deliveries to countries on our "Shipping rates" list (see above).
PAYMENT
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
We do not accept American Express.
Other forms of payment, such as wire transfer orders, are not accepted.
The total order amount will be debited when the order is placed.
If items ordered are unavailable, the amount corresponding to their value will be credited to your card within 24 hours.
Orders placed by the customer will not be considered effective until the credit card company has authorized payment.
In the event that a credit card is refused, the order will be canceled and the customer will be informed by email, and asked to provide an alternative form of payment. Camillanne SARL reserves the right to cancel any order placed by customers with whom there is an ongoing dispute or litigation. Furthermore we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
SECURED PAYMENT
Marie Puce uses "Paiement Elysnet HSBC" which is a secured payment server developed by our bank, HSBC.
With this system, payment is made directly with HSBC’S secured server on our behalf. Your credit card details are only divulged to HSBC. Information is encrypted and secured through Secure Socket Layer 3 which is a world standard and used by the major internet navigators.
DISCLAIMER
Camillanne SARL shall not be held liable for any malfunction related to, or damages or loss arising from the use of Internet transactions, such as interrupted online connection, computer viruses or hacking, or more generally in cases of force majeure.
